Here are just a few things that you’d struggle with when it comes to social anxiety.

Hearing people laugh near you

Not talking because you’re afraid that what you say will be judged

Keeping quiet in a conversation with three people

Constanlty overthinking EVERY little detail

Overthinking

Did I mention overthinking?

Thinking people hate you

Not being able to go anywhere alone

Crowds

Presentations

Being overwhelmed easily

Staying inside all day

Hating when the teacher asks you a question in class

Eye contact

School

Sweaty palms

Basically sweating A LOT

Eating in front of people

Racing heart

Crying

New people

Biting lips/nails/skin around nails/picking at skin

Fidgeting/twitching/shaking
